St John Henry Newman: Doctor of the Church
On 1 November, Pope Leo XIV declared St John Henry Newman, inspiration for the Agency’s work, as the 38th Doctor of the Church (and the second Englishman after St Bede).
A first for England and Wales
Ingrid La Trobe, our catechesis advisor, was instituted to the Ministry of Catechist by Pope Leo XIV, on 28 September, at the Jubilee for Catechists in Rome.
