Truth and Beauty in Catechesis in the Age of AI

On behalf of the Archbishop, we invite you to attend the annual Diocesan Day for Catechists. This day is for all the catechists of the diocese, including those involved in Liturgy of the Word for Children and the RCIA process. 

Where: Amigo Hall, St George’s Cathedral, Lambeth Road, SE1 6HR

When: Saturday 3 October 2026

Start: 10am finishing with Mass at 4pm

Attendance Fee: £10 (parishes are encouraged to pay)

Archbishop John Wilson will give the Opening Address. The Keynote talk will be given by Matthew Harvey Sanders, founder of Longbeard and Magisterium AI.

We know that catechesis often happens on Saturdays in your parishes. Please plan your parish catechetical timetables to enable your catechists to attend this day.

Next year the Day for Catechists will be on Saturday 2 October 2027.
