Mass for New Catholics

The Agency for Evangelisation and Catechesis, the Cathedral and Archbishop’s Office are finalising preparations for the Mass for New Catholics which will take place on 21 May 2022 at 11am. This Mass, also known as the Neophytes’ Mass, provides an opportunity for those newly baptised or received into the Church at Easter to receive the Eucharist together in the presence of their bishop.

This year, owing to the pandemic, we are delighted to invite all those who have been received into the Church or baptised and confirmed as adults in 2020, 2021 and 2022 to this Mass. Friends, family, sponsors and godparents are also most welcome.

Refreshments will be available after the Mass in the Amigo Hall.
